On Thursday, 23rd of March, 2023, the Ghana National Service Scheme (GNSS) hosted high-profile officials from Longpin Brazil at the National Service Scheme's Agro-Industrial Village Project at Kumawu, in the Ashanti Region.
The Deputy Executive Director(Operations), Mr. Kwaku Ohene Djan hosted and toured the Agro-Industrial Village Project with the officials.
The aim of the visit was to discuss ways to collaborate with Longpin, Brazil, a leading agricultural player in Brazil, in making the Agro-Industrial Village Project successful.
The Agro-Industrial Village Project, Kumawu is one of the projects of the Scheme designed to offer Ghanaian-educated youth the opportunity to gain relevant skills in agricultural production and agribusiness.
